Each of the seven holiday cottages has its own story to tell - for example Mill House was used for processing the milk from the farm, Cider Cottage was the Pressing House and some of the original equipment has been preserved. Sympathetically designed, decorated and furnished to a high standard, each cottage offers fully self-contained accommodation with individual, flower-filled enclosed cottage gardens. There is a children’s play area comprising of two Wendy Houses and swings.

We have an all weather tennis court, well stocked trout pond, a large mown field for all activities and 45 acres of farmland to explore. All cradled in a peaceful tranquil valley with abundant wildlife, amid glorious Devon countryside and idyllic walks from your doorstep. Ideally located as a touring base for local attractions and facilities including the Donkey Sanctuary. Regency Sidmouth and local beaches are within 2 miles offering fossil hunting, mackerel fishing and rock pool exploring.
