The award winning Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway, ‘The Friendly Line in the Cotswolds’, offers a 20-mile round trip, with superb scenery, between Toddington and Cheltenham Racecourse via Winchcombe. The views of the Cotswolds, Malverns and the Vale of Evesham are superb as most of the line runs on embankments. The exciting 693 yard Greet tunnel is one of the longest on a preserved railway and surely the darkest!

Pop along and see the driver in the cab, break your journey at picturesque Winchcombe station with its tree lined picnic area or sample the delicious light snacks in the ‘Flag & Whistle’ tearooms at Toddington station. Refreshments are available from the buffet car on most trains. There is a well-stocked station shop and children’s play area at Toddington.
