- Rock Pools
- Sandy beach at low tide
- Access to the coast path walk to Sandymouth
A very atmospheric environment, the beach nestles below very steep cliffs and is approached via a wooded valley. It has golden sand on the left and rock pools on the right great for catching crabs and small fish, particularly during the summer months.
A pebbly, shelving beach, with good surf. Experienced surfers only. There is a Sandy beach at low tide but it is not suitable for swimmers. No lifeguards. With a small free car park, this beach is a good starting point for a coast path walk south to Sandymouth. Lovely views south to Trevose Head. Toilets available.
