Families can discover one of the most advanced forts of Medieval times, built to protect the homes and warehouses of the Dartmouth merchants. Visitors can see the remains of the small fortress today, explore the 15th gun tower, see the completely re-created Victorian gun battery and climb to the battlements for the spectacular views.
