Three different dining experiences in the one place!

In La Vigna, we have sought to create a brasserie that uses the same talented chefs and fresh ingredients as in the Conservatory Restaurant, but where the experience is altogether less formal. We love Mediterranean cooking, so we decided to provide an extensive range of the finest bistro dishes from Spain , Italy and Greece. We have also included some classic British bistro dishes to suit every taste. Here the emphasis is on good food, served quickly and with style.

The Gigot Bar is our cozy bar, complete with roaring fire for those cold winter nights. Here guests can enjoy a pre dinner drink before dining in either of the hotel’s restaurants, or simply relax and unwind with traditional local ales and selection of fine wines. The Gigot Bar now offers the same brasserie menu as in La Vigna, together with a selection of specials, sandwiches and baguettes.
